1.  Village on the Downs Retirement Village
Location: 61-69 Drayton Road Harristown Toowoomba
Previous site use- special use RAAF  base Stores Depot (7SD)
Approval Achieved: Harrisons have achieved a Development Control Plan over the site which allowed them to build 50 units a hectares on the 10 hectare site, and also   approval for a 1000m2 shopping complex on the site.

We have successfully developed, managed and sold this project over the last 7 years.  Since the completion of the first eight units in Sept 2003 we have successfully pre sold the next 210 units. We have completed 225 Independent Living Units and 42 Assisted Living Units with a total gross realisation of $48,000,000 dollars.
Gross sales are over $50,000,000
 
2.  The Village at Yeronga
Location: The old Strophair Auction Centre, 15 Cansdale Street Yeronga
Previous Site Use: light industrial
Approval achieved: An integrated retirement village consisting of 240 independent living units, 60 serviced apartments, and 110 high care bed Nursing Home.  The first stage of the project is currently under construction and includes 91 two and three bedroom Independent Living Units and the complete community facilities for the project.  The construction contract has been successfully let to McNab Builders to the contract value of $38 million.

The Village Retirment Group has to date pre - sold 51/ 91 units with 6 months remaining to completion of First Stage of the project.
The project when completed will have a gross realisation of over $150,000,000.

3.  The Village at Coorparoo
Location:  380 Cavendish Road Coorparoo
Previous Site Use: Hospital and Independent Living Centre as owned and run by The Franciscans  Missionary’s of Mary Site at Coorparoo
Approval Achieved: An integrated retirement Village comprsing of 208 Independent living units, 57 assisted living units, a100 bed nursing home, and a 340 sq medical centre.  Presently demolition of the existing site is to occur in May 2009. Construction is set to commence January 2010.


4.  The Village at Redcliffe
Location:  Lots 35,39,337,338 Buchcans Road Rothwell
Previous Site Use: Rural and low density residential
Approval Achieved: 127 independent living units, 100 assisted living units, 100 bed nursing home.  
Approval Pending:  The Village Retirement Group is currently applying for an additional 100 Independent Living Units.  Upon successful application the site will then be 227 Independent living units total.  We currently have operational works approval and are set to commence Stage 1 of the Project.
