The Village Retirement Group has completed 90% of one of Queensland most successful retirement villages in Toowoomba, The Village on the Downs.  With the knowledge and experienced gained from the development of The Village on the Downs, we have established industry expertise that has enabled us to provide premier retirement living options in in - fill urban areas.   The Village Retirement Group has successfully acquired and is developing 4 retirement village communities in various stages.  With over 1200 retirement village units/villas between our sites at Toowoomba, Redcliffe, Yeronga and Coorparoo, we are one of South East Queensland’s largest operators/developers of integrated retirement communities.

The Village Retirement Group has successfully sold over $75 million of retirement village units to date, and continues to sell a further $300 million worth of retirement village units and villas over the next 5 - 7 years.
